Start with Yourselves - the Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council is the leadership body that will steer the pastoral planning process. As a new group, or a group with a new function, a good first step is learn about one another while at the same time preparing yourselves to go out and initiate conversations within the parish. Once you learn about one-to-one conversations, begin by pairing yourselves off at a meeting and interviewing one another. Then, return to the large group and talk about these conversations as a way to prepare to have more of them with other parish leaders.
