Roles and Responsibilities for One-to One Conversations

Parish Pastoral Council and Pastor

• Begin conversations among themselves
• Hold conversations with other parish leaders
• Encourage parish leaders to have conversations with others
• Elicit feedback from others who have been in conversation
• Record feedback and discuss

Parishioners

• Participate in conversation as requested by Parish Pastoral Council members or other parish leaders

Parish Staff

• Participate in conversations with the Parish Pastoral Council
• Recommend parishioners to the Parish Pastoral Council
• Hold conversations with other parishioners and parish leaders
• Record feedback and discuss
