    Wondering about the 3-year committment which PPC Members were asked to make....If a PPC Member finds it impossible to fulfill this, due to recent personal or family situation, how do we handle? Nothing in Guidelines about replacing PPC Members who are not able to serve.

    Hi Liz,
    Many councils have gone through a formal discernment process when the PPC was first formed. We are currently modifying that to help councils discern new members onto an existing PPC. We hope to have a packet of discernment materials ready to go by the end of the month.
